Poor delivery services

I have placed brought quite a few of these skirts and they are totally amazing however recently I placed an order and it’s nearly coming up to a month and no sign of delivery or shipping. I have tried to get in contact with the team etc and they are no replies. Please work on your customer service, the lack of it is making me not want to shop here again. I’ve emailed trice and so forth!!
